Website information
Privacy
This statement describes the information handled by Caroline Cupp’s website.
Information you provide
Booking requests. The booking form on the homepage collects your name, email address and message, plus any optional details you add: event format, date, location, audience size, topic and budget. When you send it, that information goes to our form-processing service, which keeps a copy, screens it for spam and emails it to Caroline. Read the form service’s privacy policy.
Newsletter. Newsletter signup is not available. It can't be filled in or submitted, so it doesn't collect, store or send anything.
The This Is How We Talk activity sheets are free after an email request. Email delivery is currently unavailable. The planned service will email the original PDF to the requester and send private copies to Caroline and 1CloudDigital. This is a transactional request, not a newsletter subscription. The delivery provider and retention details will be added before activation.
Information stored in your browser
If you close the activity sheets popup or use one of its links, your browser remembers that with a small setting named cc-activity-sheets-dismissed, so the popup doesn't reappear on its own. It stays in your browser and has no expiry date. You can remove it by clearing this site's data.
The activity-sheet email form is currently disabled. Your email is not stored in browser storage by this site.
How this website works
Our hosting service processes technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect this website.
Fonts and the video preview image load from outside services, which may receive your IP address and browser details. This website uses a YouTube embedded player, which loads only when you press play. Using the player is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Links to booksellers, publishers, podcasts and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Questions about your information
Contact cbcupp@gmail.com with privacy questions or a request about information you submitted. Requests remain in the form service’s submission archive and the recipient mailbox unless removed; no automatic deletion period has been established for this site.
